Return Policy

It is the responsibility of the customer to check the products before installing and Door Visual Pte Ltd reserves our rights to reject the warranty claim if the customer fails to check the products.

The customer has the right to deny or return the products in the following cases: product shape, color, size, or code is not identical to the product which is selected and billed from Door Visual Pte Ltd and also if the product is scratched or damaged.

Missing product parts or accessories, if any, will be delivered to the customer without a shipping fee subjecting to the conditions of request. In some cases, the customer will have to come in-store to collect the missing items.

If you have any questions or complaints before and after receiving/installing the product, please contact Door Visual Pte Ltd showroom sales to be resolved under Singapore’s Product Return Policy, Product Warranty & Maintenance Policy.

In case if the return period is expired, or the products are ineligible for return, the warranty policy will be applied under Door Visual Pte Ltd current warranty regulations.

The return policy period will be counted from the time of purchase when the customer receives a product from Door Visual Pte Ltd.

Any product that possesses Free Gifts or Special offers cannot be exchanged or returned.

The return policy on Door Visual Pte Ltd is only applied when the products meet the following conditions:

  • The products are unused with full accessories.
  • The seals, labels, and tags of the products are unpacked.
  • Acceptance return period: Within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Applicable products: Digital Lock, Doors, Gate and Door viewers or displayed on  https://www.doorvisual.com
